The cover comfortably fits railings that measure between 7.5 to 10 inches around, and is designed with seamless interlinking Velcro sections that provided a custom fit for all banister lengths. It is secured around your banister with Velcro straps and stays anchored between stair spindles. It is not designed for wall mounted railings.

Through the use of strong Velcro straps you're able to attach all your special occasion garland easily to achieve professional results.

Garland can be draped from the side of your banister with the cover visible or can be placed on top of the banister for a dramatic look.
The holiday Handrail also provides a layer of protection between your finished banister and wire garland.
