This is just what I needed! We used to wrap our garland around the railing, but it was always a struggle shoving the chunky Costco garland through the gaps. Now we have a baby and it's important we can use the hand rail. This solves both issues and looks great. The measurements were perfect, although a few extra inches at the top might have been nice. My only suggestion is the bendable ties feel short. They might suit thinner garland strands, but for thicker garland it's a bit of a struggle. The caps at the end help ensure they'll last for years though!
